FDP Series Multi-Function Hydraulic Puller
Forza FDP series hydraulic pullers with internal pump have wide usage area in heavy and light industry. These pullers are used to remove bearings, bushings, wheels, pulleys and gears easily and without damage. Hydraulic pullers with internal pump are indispensable equipment of engine-transmission services, repair shops serving machines, maintenance and repair units in manufacturing, paper industry, mining and petro-chemical industries.
There are 6 different models in two different tonnages with different arm lengths:
- 6 Tons 2/3 Foot Hydraulic Puller with Internal Pump
- 8 Tons 2/3 Foot Hydraulic Puller with Internal Pump
Small Volume, Easy Operation
Hydraulic pump and hydraulic jack are integrated into the system in FDP series lever hydraulic pullers. Thanks to this structure, the puller is extremely small in volume and useful.
Safe and Durable Construction
Hydraulic pullers are designed to withstand loads far beyond their capacity. However, thanks to the safety valves they have, the hydraulic pressure does not exceed its capacity. It meets the occupational safety criteria at the maximum level. Handles made of forged steel are durable and long lasting. Feet do not bend or break under load.
Economic
Internal pump hydraulic pullers are more economical than external pump pullers. The integration of the hydraulic pump and piston into the system is a cost-reducing factor. In addition, hydraulic pullers produced as 3 arms can also be used as two arms.
Automatic Centering (Self Centering)
Forza FDP series hydraulic pullers with internal pump have self-centering feature. This feature pull arms move in common with each other. The automatic centering system allows the pulling arms to be placed by a single person during the pulling process. In the pullers without automatic centering feature, it is difficult for a single person to place the puller in some positions since the feet move independently of each other.
