PT100S Hydrostatic Manual Test Pump

Industrial-Use Hydro-Static Test Pump

PT100S model hand pump water pump is a long-lasting test device designed for light and heavy industry productions, piping systems, and tanks to perform sensitive test operations against leakage. The test pump has a maximum capacity of 100 bar. Mains water is generally used as the fluid in the test pump. If necessary, hydraulic oil, glycerin etc. non-acidic fluids can also be used as test media. Since it is designed for use with water, it is made of special materials against corrosion. The water tank is painted with electrostatic powder paint. 

 
   

 

Double-Valved Pressure Control System

The PT100S water test pump is equipped with double valves so that the pressure does not back up during the test. The double valve system allows the pressure in the installation to be monitored for a certain period of time without escaping during testing. In single-valve systems, there is a risk of pressure loss in the tested system.

 

High Pressure Rubber Hose

The pressure must remain constant for a certain period of time in function and leak test operations. The hose used during the testing process must not be prone to expansion. The delivery includes a 1-meter high pressure hose integrated into the pump. The hose connection end is with a G1/2” swivel nut. 

   

 

Double Needle Precision Gauge

The water test pump is equipped with a double-needle manometer so that the pressure test can be carried out precisely in accordance with international standards. As the pressure rises, the living needle moves along with the other inanimate needle. The dead pointer stays at the highest level where the pressure rises. The dead pointer shows the highest pressure reached, and the live needle shows if there is any leakage.
